Greetings, my loyal readers. If you thought SPA staff was a little bit silly, today’s blog will surely seal the deal and confirm your suspicions.

SPA recently invested in Hippity Hops (you know, bouncy balls with handles that kids bounce on). Why?!? Let me explain. Here at SPA, we work with our coalition to promote eating better and moving more through our LiveWell Colorado initative. In this upcoming year, one of our big strategies will be promoting worksite wellness. Cool, huh?

Although our staff here at SPA really tries its best to eat better and move more while at work, we are always looking for new and creative ways to be physically active in the office. Tom, our executive director, suggested that we all get Hippity Hops to jump on as we move around in the office. We all thought he was joking, but…when the bouncy balls arrived…boy, were we excited!

Going to the printer has never been so much fun!
