Summit Prevention Alliance is awarding mini-grants to Summit County businesses and organizations to assist with implementation and improvement of employee wellness programs.  Businesses may be eligible to receive up to $6,000 towards creating a health-promoting workplace environment.

Summit Prevention Alliance is now accepting applications from businesses or organizations whose Letters of Intent to apply for mini-grant funding were approved.  Letters of Intent were due by May 15th, 2009.  Completed mini-grant applications will be due by June 19th, 2009.  The application is available to download from the link below and includes instructions and guidelines about mini-grant application process.  Please call Susan at 970-668-2077 or e-mail her at susan@summitpreventionalliance.org with any questions about this program. Worksite Wellness Mini-Grant Application and Instructions
