2nd Annual Summit County Worksite Wellness Mini-Grant Program

Summit Prevention Alliance is awarding mini-grants to Summit County businesses and organizations to assist with implementation and improvement of employee wellness programs. Businesses may be eligible to receive up to $6,000 towards creating a health-promoting workplace environment.

Summit Prevention Alliance is now accepting applications from businesses or organizations whose Letters of Intent to apply for mini-grant funding were approved. Letters of Intent were due by May 15th, 2009. Completed mini-grant applications will be due by June 19^th, 2009. The application is available to download from the link below and includes instructions and guidelines about mini-grant application process. Good-Bye to Our Dear Friend Blue

We are sad to have to say good bye to one of our great office dogs, Blue. After being sick at the office several days last week, his mama, Donna, took him to the doctor to find out what was wrong. The doctor said he had a large tumor in his tummy that had been growing for a long time. Life will not be the same without you Blue. You will be missed by all of us. We know, wherever you are, you are resting more comfortably and you get to have as many apples as you can eat. Lots of love! Good Bye Blue.

Leader Training Workshop for Active Parenting NOW! Classes
