Established in 1985 as the Summit County Alcohol and Drug Task Force, Summit Prevention Alliance is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles in Summit County.  Originally focused on preventing impaired driving, Summit Prevention Alliance has expanded to providing prevention and health promotion services for a variety of issues including the following:

• Tobacco
• Youth alcohol use
• Teen driving safety
• Impaired driving
• Positive youth development
• Physical activity and nutrition
