Focus On

10^th Annual Inspired by Assets Writing Contest

Hey kids!  Kindergarten through 5^th graders are invited to participate in the 10^th Annual Inspired by Assets Writing Contest.  This year's writing topic is, "I had the courage to try something new when I..."  All writing entries are due by February 17^th to the front office of your school.  There are great prizes for Gold, Silver, and Bronze award winners in each category and all participants receive a certificate of accomplishment.  The Gold prize is a $50 savings bond to Alpine Bank; the Silver prize is a $20 gift certificate to The Next Page book store in Frisco; and the Bronze prize is 2 movie tickets compliments of Krystal 93 radio station.  This year we have an English writing category for K-5^th graders and a Spanish writing category for 1^st-3^rd graders.  So start writing, good luck, and please contact Holly at 453-9333 or holly@summitpreventionalliance.org if you have any questions.
